There is no doubt that this vehicle will become one of the most desirable machines that can be found around. The vehicle is designed to deal with regular roads and more demanding surfaces, but that is not the only reason why the 2017 Ram Rampage is a real must-have. The compact pickup market might be a tricky ground, but it appears that the upcoming 2017 Ram Rampage won’t have any issues with that.
2017 RAM Rampage Exterior
The new 2017 Ram Rampage hints strongly at the Fiat Strada mini-truck which has become really popular in Europe and South America, but especially in Mexico. The vehicle will be available as a two-door model or as a bigger and more spacious four-door unit. Simply put, the vehicle will keep its outstanding but yet rather interesting design. The newcomer gets a new grille and new headlights and taillights with LED technology. The cargo space of the vehicle is extremely functional. The main benefits of the vehicle are: flexibility, ease of control and of course safety.
When you peek inside of the cabin of the newcomer you will notice a great attention to details. The customers will be offered only high quality materials for an outstanding driving feel and unforgettable comfort. As for the materials inside of the cabin, the designers used high-end leather combined with high-quality fabric for the upholstery. The cockpit arrives equipped with excellent infotainment system but unfortunately there is no the final list of other features that arrive with the newcomer.
2017 RAM Rampage Engine
The 2017 Ram Rampage will be offered with two engine options. The first engine option will be a smaller turbocharged 1.4L engine. This engine enables you to get the maximum output of 110 horses. The second engine option will probably be a 2.4L four-cylinder coupled to a 6-speed manual gearbox system or 9-speed automatic transmission. The second or the more powerful engine is capable of producing around 180 horses while the level of torque is 200 lb-ft. We have to mention that the company hasn’t confirmed engine specifications yet, but this is likely to happen. However, we won’t be surprised if the manufacturer offers upgraded versions of the engine configurations.
The exact release date of the car is unknown yet, but the vehicle will probably go on sale in the last quarter of 2016 priced at $17.000 for the base trim level.
